Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetTheCall.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
GetTheCall.io provides AI-powered tools that help users import career information, analyze job listings, tailor résumés, edit résumé content and layouts, and export finished documents. The Service may use third-party document processing, data extraction, analytics, and AI providers to deliver these features.
We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.
Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the Service.
Payments and Refunds
Prices, access periods, included features, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and you agree to provide valid payment information.
Refunds are available where required by applicable law and under any refund terms shown at checkout. Because paid access can include immediately available digital services, your statutory withdrawal right may be affected once you expressly request immediate performance and begin using those services. This does not limit any rights you have when the Service is defective or not provided as described.
For billing or refund questions, contact support@getthecall.io.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain your rights in the profile information, résumé files, job descriptions, instructions, and other content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Your outputs. As between you and GetTheCall.io, you may use the résumés and other outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law and any rights in third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring you have permission to use the information you submit.
Our technology. The Service, including its software, design, branding, templates, and underlying technology, remains our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory purposes
- Submit content that infringes another person's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment history, or achievements
- Upload malware, probe security controls, disrupt the Service, or access accounts or systems without permission
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or systematically extract the Service except where applicable law permits it
- Use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service or bypasses usage limits
We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must review and verify every résumé, recommendation, score, and generated statement before relying on or sharing it.
GetTheCall.io does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, employment, résumé compatibility with every applicant tracking system, or any particular result. The Service is a writing and organization tool, not legal, recruitment, or career advice.
AI and other provider outages may temporarily interrupt or limit features.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services for AI processing, profile and job import, document extraction, hosting, analytics, email, and payments. Your use of connected services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select and use providers to support the operation of GetTheCall.io. Our Privacy Policy explains how providers may process personal information.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular job application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetTheCall.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, opportunity, employment, or business interruption. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or legal risk, or engage in harmful behavior.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page.
Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of the country where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you and GetTheCall.io agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute directly.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
