About the role
Runway is hiring a Product Lead to own the Self-Serve business end to end. The role owns self-serve revenue, product strategy, the portfolio of growth bets, and coordination across the company.
This leader starts as a deeply hands-on product manager and builds a growth-oriented team as the business scales.
What you'll be doing
- Own self-serve ARR and the full funnel of product usage, conversion, retention, and growth
- Define the self-serve strategy and make clear investment and prioritization decisions
- Run high-velocity experiments across pricing, packaging, lifecycle, mobile growth, and personalization
- Identify and validate new customer segments and new self-serve offerings
- Work directly with users and partner closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and growth marketing
- Hire and develop product managers as the self-serve business grows
What you'll need
- 7+ years of product management experience, including a consumer or prosumer self-serve business at meaningful scale
- A track record of moving revenue and growth metrics, not only shipping features
- A general-manager mindset and fluency in subscription and consumption business models
- Hands-on experience with monetization, pricing, conversion, retention, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation
- Strong product taste and customer empathy, ideally for creative or content-creation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Compensation
The listed US compensation range is $290,000 to $340,000. Final compensation depends on location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
