About the role
Fresh is seeking a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional to support strategic sourcing, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and procurement transformation.
The role combines negotiation and analytics with stakeholder influence, supplier partnership, and practical support for business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Support procurement transformation, process simplification, automation, and adoption of best practices
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, and procurement trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Support sourcing strategies, RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting
- Build supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs and business reviews
- Maintain contracts, compliance requirements, governance standards, and supplier-risk controls
- Prepare market intelligence and data-driven insights for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
What you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of purchasing or related experience, ideally in the beauty industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex spend data into useful recommendations
- Experience with procurement reporting tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms
- Advanced Excel skills or comparable analytics-tool experience
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Integrity, trust, motivation, and the ability to work across functions
Compensation and benefits
